Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly experienced and proactive E2E Chain Test Lead to coordinate and manage end-to-end testing across multiple assets, tribes, and domains within a complex enterprise environment. This role is critical in ensuring seamless integration testing of customer journeys, aligning stakeholders, managing test environments, and ensuring high-quality delivery across the chain.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Test Coordination & Planning
- Define and manage comprehensive end-to-end test plans across multiple systems and teams.
- Identify and prioritize customer journeys to be tested.
- Align test scope, timelines, and deliverables with business and IT stakeholders.
Stakeholder Management
- Act as the central point of contact for all testing-related activities across tribes and domains.
- Facilitate alignment meetings, agreements, and communication between product owners, developers, testers, and business representatives.
Environment & Data Alignment
- Coordinate the availability and readiness of test environments.
- Ensure proper provisioning and masking of test data in compliance with data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR).
- Troubleshoot environment and data-related issues during test execution.
Execution Oversight
- Monitor test progress, defect management, and risk mitigation.
- Ensure traceability of test cases to business requirements.
- Provide regular status updates and test reports to leadership.
Continuous Improvement
- Promote best practices in test automation, CI/CD integration, and shift-left testing.
- Identify opportunities for process optimization and quality improvements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or any related field.
- Must have at least 7 years of experience in E2E Chain Testing..
- Proven experience as a Test Coordinator, Test Manager, or E2E Test Lead in large-scale enterprise environments.
- Strong understanding of Agile/SAFe methodologies and cross-functional team collaboration.
- Experience working with CI/CD pipelines, test automation frameworks, and DevOps practices.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, TestRail, Azure DevOps, or similar.
- Experience in the banking or financial services sector is a strong advantage
- Must be amenable to work on a mid-shift schedule (3am-12am or 4pm to 1am)
- Must be amenable to work in a hybrid setup (2-3x a week RTO in Makati Office)
