The role
The Account Executive for the Telecom Account is responsible for supporting the management and growth of assigned client accounts by ensuring consistent and effective coordination with both clients and internal teams. The role aims to deliver high levels of client satisfaction through timely responses, quality service, and proactive issue resolution.
Your Responsibilities
- Assist in handling day-to-day communications with assigned telecom clients.
- Support the preparation and execution of account plans and sales strategies.
- Coordinate with internal teams (sales, technical, billing, and customer support) to ensure client requirements are met.
- Prepare reports on account status, sales performance, and client feedback.
- Respond promptly to client inquiries, concerns, and service issues.
- Help identify new business opportunities within existing accounts.
- Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions, contracts, and transactions.
- Participate in client meetings, presentations, and business reviews as needed.
- Stay updated on company offerings, telecom products, and industry trends.
- Customer Satisfaction and Business Growth
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction to support repeat business opportunities.
- Identify potential opportunities within accounts and coordinate with the Sales Team for possible expansion.
- Maintain a proactive approach to customer engagement and relationship management.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and unobstructed work area, practice good safety habits, and utilize appropriate safety equipment.
- Provides customers with the highest quality products and services.
- Understand and apply appropriate quality improvement processes.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering or related field
- 0 - 2 years of experience in sales or account management; Open to fresh graduates
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with confidence in customer-facing interactions.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools
- Willing to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Preferably residing in Taguig, Makati, Pasig, or Mandaluyong for accessibility to telecom business locations.
