Manage and maintain employee data within HR systems to ensure accuracy and confidentiality.
Support end-to-end HR operations across various functions such as recruitment, compensation and benefits, training and learning, and employee engagement.
Prepare, analyze, and present HR-related reports and data as required by management.
Assist in the implementation and improvement of HR processes, policies, and systems.
Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth employee lifecycle processes (onboarding, movements, and offboarding).
Provide administrative and operational support in HR projects and initiatives.
Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least 1-2+ years of experience in HR operations or generalist roles.
Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office applications (especially Excel).
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
High level of integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality.
Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and time management skills.
