SUMMARY
Our growing team is seeking an experienced local IT Recruiter to support full-cycle recruitment efforts across a variety of technical and technology-focused positions. This role is ideal for a recruiter who has a strong understanding of the local IT talent market, excels at sourcing and engaging top technical professionals, and thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, attracting, screening, and coordinating candidates for a wide range of technical roles while partnering closely with hiring managers and stakeholders throughout the hiring process.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
● Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for IT and technology-related positions, from requisition intake through offer acceptance.
● Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, technical requirements, and ideal candidate profiles.
● Source qualified candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking, and other recruiting channels.
● Screen and evaluate candidates for technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
● Conduct initial interviews and coordinate subsequent interview stages with hiring teams.
● Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
● Track candidate activity and maintain accurate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
● Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication and follow-up.
● Monitor recruiting metrics and provide regular pipeline updates to stakeholders.
● Stay informed on market trends, compensation benchmarks, and emerging technologies impacting talent acquisition.
QUALIFICATIONS
● Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment, with a strong focus on IT, technology, or technical hiring.
● Experience recruiting for roles such as Software Engineers, Developers, QA Engineers, DevOps Engineers, Cloud Engineers, Data Analysts, Data Scientists, Systems Administrators, Network Engineers, Cybersecurity Professionals, or similar technical positions.
● Strong sourcing experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and other talent acquisition tools.
● Experience managing multiple requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
● Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment CRM platforms.
● Excellent communication, interviewing, and stakeholder management skills.
● Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize competing demands.
● Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
● Experience supporting PH-based hiring initiatives.
● Agency, RPO, or high-volume recruiting experience.
● Exposure to technical screening methodologies and technology hiring best practices.
● Experience recruiting across software development, infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, data, or enterprise technology functions.
