We are seeking a driven and resourceful Technical Recruiter to join our growing talent acquisition team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and hiring top technical talent across a variety of IT and professional services positions. You will partner closely with hiring managers, build strong candidate pipelines, and play a key role in supporting the company's growth through strategic recruitment efforts.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment process from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews, extending offers, and supporting onboarding.
- Source qualified technical and IT professionals through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Conduct initial candidate screenings to assess skills, experience, and overall fit for the role.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and provide regular recruitment updates.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of technical talent for current and future hiring requirements.
- Coordinate interviews and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment activity in the applicant tracking system.
Qualifications:
Required Skills and Experience
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in Technical Recruitment, IT Recruitment, or Talent Acquisition
- Experience recruiting for technical roles such as software developers, infrastructure engineers, technical support professionals, and other IT-related positions
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
- Hands-on experience using sourcing platforms and recruitment tools, including LinkedIn Recruiter and major job boards.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience supporting offshore recruitment initiatives is highly preferred.
- Experience working with US-based clients, teams, or hiring managers is an advantage.
