Role: Senior Technical Recruiter

Responsibilities:
• Lead end-to-end recruitment process such as sourcing, screening, interviewing, evaluating and placing candidates for various roles across multiple domains and geographies.
• Collaborate as a strategic hiring partner with internal stakeholders and clients to understand hiring goals, priorities and workforce plans.
• Manage client relationships by ensuring prompt communication, quality service delivery and client satisfaction.
• Mentor junior recruiters in order to support them in their professional development and performance of their job.
• Conduct an in-depth screening interview to assess candidate qualifications, experience, expectations and alignment with client needs.
• Drive candidate engagement and relationship management in order to maintain a pipeline of passive and active talents for current and future hiring needs.
• Stay updated with market trends and industry best practices and use this knowledge to improve sourcing techniques and recruitment strategies.
• Utilize advanced sourcing tools and methods including Boolean searches, LinkedIn Recruiter, and niche platforms to attract top talents.
• Maintain comprehensive and accurate candidate records and recruitment dashboards using ATS and CRM tools.
• Create and share daily and weekly recruitment reports which include recruitment activities insights and updates for internal stakeholders and clients.
• Take the lead in client calls and status meetings, discuss hiring plans, candidate status, market feedback and alignment strategies.
• Coordinate and contribute to interdepartmental calls and strategy discussions to provide market intelligence feedback and hiring trend analysis.
• Ensure compliance with recruitment processes, documentation and data privacy policies in all recruitment activities.
Qualification
• Bachelor's degree in human resource management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
Working knowledge, experience and application
• 2–5 years of experience in IT recruitment (local or international), with strong exposure to technical hiring
• Prior experience in client coordination and reporting is preferred
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), sourcing tools, and job portals

• Knowledge of recruitment tools, Boolean search, and database management – Effectively utilizes search techniques and maintains candidate databases.
• Understanding of recruitment lifecycle and key performance metrics – Aware of end-to-end hiring processes and how success is measured.
• Familiarity with CRM/ATS software and virtual interview platforms – Confident in navigating digital hiring systems and conducting remote interviews.
