Technical Recruiter

Job Summary

The Technical Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring technical talent to support business growth. This role partners closely with hiring managers and technical stakeholders to understand role requirements, assess candidate fit, and manage the recruitment process from initial sourcing through offer coordination. The ideal candidate has a strong interest in technology roles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical roles (e.g., software engineers, IT, data, network, engineering, technical support)
• Source candidates through job boards, social media, professional networks, referrals, and direct sourcing
• Screen resumes and conduct initial technical and behavioral interviews
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and technical teams
• Partner with stakeholders to clarify job requirements, skill sets, and hiring priorities
• Maintain accurate candidate records and pipelines in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
• Provide regular hiring updates, pipeline status, and recruitment metrics
• Support offer preparation and coordinate pre-employment and onboarding requirements
• Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process
• Stay updated on market trends, technical skill demands, and sourcing strategies

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, IT, Psychology, Engineering, or related field (preferred)
• At least 1 year of experience in technical recruitment, sourcing, or related HR roles
• Exposure to hiring for IT, engineering, or technical support roles is an advantage
• Basic understanding of technical roles, tools, and terminology
• Strong communication, interviewing, and stakeholder coordination skills
• Proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace; ATS experience preferred
