The Junior Technical Recruiter supports the end-to-end hiring process for technical roles by sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates under the guidance of senior recruiters or hiring managers. This role is ideal for early-career recruiters looking to build expertise in technical hiring and talent sourcing.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in sourcing candidates for technical roles using job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and internal databases.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments based on role requirements.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Support job posting, talent pooling, and pipeline management activities.
- Communicate with candidates regarding application status, interview schedules, and next steps.
- Assist in preparing recruitment reports and trackers.
- Ensure compliance with recruitment processes, data privacy, and company policies.
- Provide administrative support to senior recruiters and the talent acquisition team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, IT, Computer Science, or related field is an advantage.
- At least 6 months experience.
- Basic understanding of technical roles, IT terminology, or willingness to learn.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office; experience with ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter is an advantage.
