As a Recruiter specializing in Information Technology, you will play a crucial role in identifying, sourcing, and hiring top talents for IT positions within the organization. You will collaborate with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand the technical requirements and skills needed for various roles, and you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities:
Requirements Analysis:
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand the technical skills, experience, and qualifications required for IT positions.
- Collaborate on creating detailed job descriptions and qualifications.
- Procurement of visual posters for Job postings.
- Conduct research on current salary offers in the market for comparison and analysis
Candidate Sourcing:
- Utilize various channels such as job boards, social media, professional networks, and industry events to source qualified IT candidates.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for current and future roles.
Screening and Evaluation:
- Conduct initial screenings to assess candidates technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate technical assessments and interviews with hiring managers and technical teams.
Interview Coordination:
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and relevant stakeholders.
- Provide feedback to candidates and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Candidate Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, keeping them engaged and informed about the recruitment process.
- Provide timely and constructive feedback to candidates.
Offer Negotiation and Closure:
- Collaborate with hiring managers on offer creation and negotiation.
- Facilitate the closing of successful candidates, ensuring a smooth transition to the onboarding process.
Market Research:
- Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and market dynamics to inform recruitment strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year proven experience in sourcing/technical recruitment
- Familiarity with IT roles, technologies, and skills.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
