Job Summary
We are currently hiring an experienced IT Technical Recruiter to join our growing recruitment team in Makati. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in end-to-end IT recruitment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work closely with hiring managers to deliver quality talent within defined timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end IT recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination
- Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements, skill sets, and hiring priorities
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other recruitment channels
- Screen resumes and conduct initial technical and HR interviews
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients/hiring teams
- Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Meet hiring targets and turnaround time (TAT) requirements
- Maintain accurate recruitment documentation and reports
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in IT Technical Recruitment
- Strong understanding of IT skills such as software development, cloud, data, infrastructure, and emerging technologies
- Hands-on experience with job portals and LinkedIn sourcing
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong coordination and follow-up skills
- Willingness to work onsite at Makati location
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience hiring for mid to senior-level IT roles
- Exposure to staffing or consulting environments
- Ability to handle multiple requirements simultaneously
