About the Role
We are looking for a results-driven Technical Recruiter (APAC) to join our talent acquisition team onsite in Makati. In this role, you will manage end-to-end recruitment for technical positions across the Asia-Pacific region including Software Engineering, Cloud/DevOps, Data, QA, Infrastructure, and Product Engineering.
You will partner closely with hiring managers and regional stakeholders to attract, assess, and hire top technical talent while delivering an excellent candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding coordination
- Recruit for technical roles (Developers, DevOps, Cloud Engineers, QA, Data Engineers, Architects, IT Support, etc.) across APAC markets
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements, competencies, and interview plans
- Develop sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking, and talent communities
- Conduct technical and behavioral screening interviews
- Build pipelines for hard-to-fill and niche technical roles
- Coordinate interviews across multiple time zones (APAC regions)
- Track candidates and maintain accurate records in ATS/HRIS
- Meet hiring targets, SLAs, and recruitment KPIs
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, IT, or related field
- 17 years of experience in technical recruiting (agency or in-house)
- Experience hiring for IT/Engineering roles across APAC countries (Philippines, India, Singapore, Australia, etc.)
- Strong knowledge of sourcing platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, Boolean search)
- Experience with ATS systems
- Understanding of software development technologies (Java, .NET, Python, Cloud, DevOps, QA, Data)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously

Work Schedule
