Job Description

The Technical Recruiter is responsible for end-to-end recruitment of technical and engineering roles, partnering closely with hiring managers to deliver high-quality talent in a fast-paced environment. This role requires strong sourcing capabilities, technical role understanding, and excellent stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for technical roles (e.g., Software Engineers, Data, Cloud, QA, DevOps, Product, etc.)
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team needs, and hiring priorities
  • Source candidates through multiple channels including LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, Boolean search, and talent pipelines
  • Screen candidates for technical competencies, experience, and cultural fit
  • Coordinate and manage interview processes, ensuring a smooth candidate and stakeholder experience
  • Provide market insights, talent availability, and salary benchmarks to stakeholders
  • Maintain accurate candidate and recruitment data in the ATS
  • Ensure compliance with recruitment processes, SLAs, and hiring standards

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • 25+ years of experience in technical recruitment (Agency Recruitment)
  • Proven experience recruiting for technical roles such as software engineering, cloud, data, or infrastructure
  • Strong sourcing skills, including Boolean search and LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Experience working with ATS and recruitment tools
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment
