Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Recruiter with 2–3 years of end-to-end recruitment experience. This role requires someone who can independently manage multiple requisitions, partner effectively with hiring managers, and actively source top talent across the region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating offers.
  • Partner with Senior Recruiter and hiring managers to understand role requirements and deliver hiring solutions.
  • Conduct proactive sourcing and headhunting, including outreach through LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future roles.
  • Ensure accurate candidate tracking and data management in Workday or similar ATS.
  • Support regional recruitment initiatives, employer branding, and candidate experience.

Requirements:

  • 2–3 years of full-cycle recruitment experience (in-house).
  • Background in FMCG or retail is preferred but not essential.
  • Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter is a must.
  • Workday experience highly preferred.
  • Exposure to regional/multi-market recruitment is a strong plus.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
  • Organized, responsive, and capable of handling multiple roles simultaneously.
