We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Recruiter with 2–3 years of end-to-end recruitment experience. This role requires someone who can independently manage multiple requisitions, partner effectively with hiring managers, and actively source top talent across the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating offers.
- Partner with Senior Recruiter and hiring managers to understand role requirements and deliver hiring solutions.
- Conduct proactive sourcing and headhunting, including outreach through LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future roles.
- Ensure accurate candidate tracking and data management in Workday or similar ATS.
- Support regional recruitment initiatives, employer branding, and candidate experience.
Requirements:
- 2–3 years of full-cycle recruitment experience (in-house).
- Background in FMCG or retail is preferred but not essential.
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter is a must.
- Workday experience highly preferred.
- Exposure to regional/multi-market recruitment is a strong plus.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
- Organized, responsive, and capable of handling multiple roles simultaneously.
