Job Description

We are currently supporting a client in hiring a Team Manager – Insurance Operations to lead a team handling insurance/risk processes.

This role requires strong people management experience and the ability to drive team performance and stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and coach a team of 7+ members
Oversee day-to-day insurance operations
Ensure SLA/KPI delivery, quality, and compliance
Act as escalation point for stakeholders and clients
Drive process improvements and team development

Qualifications:

Proven experience in people management
Background in Insurance, Risk Management, or Financial Services
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Willing to work onsite for training and support shifting schedules
