As a Talent Analyst, you will produce accurate and professional reports for both internal and external stakeholders using a number of platforms to collate, compare and analyse data from multiple sources, as well as open-source intelligence. You will also inform the wider team of talent trends, news and insights.

What you can bring:

We are open-minded on specific skills and background you will bring to the team, but as a minimum, we would expect you to have a mix of the following:

  • 2+ years of experience in primary or secondary research.
  • Experience of handling research requests, preferably with market intelligence analysis and reporting.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills as well as numerical, analytical and strategic thinking with sound business / commercial acumen.
  • Good ability of data story telling, and in producing creative and accurate presentations.
  • Strong sense of ownership; ability to take responsibility for the full lifecycle of projects from scoping to delivery.
  • Experience using talent insight tools.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
