Our team of experts research, analyse, and interpret talent data into commercial advantage for both clients and our business, providing the insights needed to identify top talent, assess hiring risks or opportunities, and make better strategic decisions on talent investment. From custom data-driven reports, research driven talent sourcing, competitive & strategic Insights and more, our Talent Inteligence team plays a critical role in ensuring Preacta are not just a delivery partner, but a trusted strategic talent advisor.

As a Talent Analyst, you will produce accurate and professional reports for both internal and external stakeholders using a number of platforms to collate, compare and analyse data from multiple sources, as well as open-source intelligence. You will also inform the wider team of talent trends, news and insights.

What you can bring:

We are open-minded on specific skills and background you will bring to the team, but as a minimum, we would expect you to have a mix of the following:

• 2+ years of experience in primary or secondary research.
• Experience of handling research requests, preferably with market intelligence analysis and reporting.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills as well as numerical, analytical and strategic thinking with sound business / commercial acumen.
• Good ability of data story telling, and in producing creative and accurate presentations.
• Strong sense of ownership; ability to take responsibility for the full lifecycle of projects from scoping to delivery.
• Experience using talent insight tools.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
