A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR ROLE
As a Recruitment Operations Partner supporting AU business hours, you will act as the primary bridge between our AU stakeholders and the Philippine-based recruitment team. You will own the delivery of real-time recruitment operations, provide support on both agent and non-agent roles, attend client meetings, manage urgent staffing needs, and coordinate across functions to maintain hiring efficiency and stakeholder satisfaction.
This is a high-impact, individual contributor role ideal for someone with a strong background in full-cycle recruiting, stakeholder engagement and management, and recruitment operations strategy.
YOUR DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Act as the main point of contact for clients and business partners during AU hours
- Attend and represent the Talent Acquisition team in calibration meetings, hiring syncs, and ad hoc staffing discussions
- Support day-to-day operations including interview coordination, requirement alignment, and candidate pipeline management
- Ensure smooth transitions and handovers to the daytime recruitment team
- Monitor pipeline activity and delivery performance against hiring timelines
- Provide feedback to recruiters and ensure alignment with the service level agreements (SLAs)
- Initiate improvements in sourcing strategies when gaps are identified
- Support employer branding efforts across online sourcing channels and job platforms
- Ensure full visibility and timely communication to AU-based clients and stakeholders
- Proactively identify concerns or risks to hiring delivery and work with internal teams to resolve them
- Maintain documentation and updates aligned with business expectations and audit requirements
- Lead or contribute to process improvement projects that enhance recruiter efficiency, reduce cost-per-hire, or improve candidate experience
- Support implementation of strategic recruitment initiatives including system enhancements, reporting tools, and sourcing plans
- Provide data-driven updates on recruitment status, pipeline movement, and hiring process
- Ensure accuracy and consistency of recruitment metrics and reporting
A BIT ABOUT YOU
- At least 3 to 5 years of end-to-end recruitment experience in a BPO or shared services environment
- Strong experience managing recruitment operations for AU-based accounts or global stakeholders
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Proficient in applicant tracking systems (ATS), sourcing tools, and recruitment metrics reporting
- Experience in coordinating across cross-functional teams, including HR, operations, and compliance
- Background in both agent and non-agent hiring
- Familiarity with employer branding, referral programs, and candidate engagement strategies
- Ability to lead and execute special recruitment projects with minimal supervision
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to drive process improvements independently
- Ability to prioritize and operate under pressure
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Able to meet deadlines and adaptable to any additional or different functions that may be assigned from time to time
