Be the driving force behind SM Retail's employer brand by attracting and engaging the right talent across SM Retail's diverse brands. This role supports high-volume and critical hiring through data-driven sourcing, creative campaigns, and meaningful candidate experiences.
What You'll Do
- Generate month-on-month talent leads and HOTS across multiple channels, including social media, job boards, referrals, vendors, alumni networks, job caravans, and job fairs.
- Support online and on-ground hiring events, such as nationwide job fairs, career mixers, hiring caravans, and open-house recruitment activities, delivering strong turnout and qualified candidate pools.
- Design, execute, and post creative talent attraction and employer branding campaigns materials to reach target talent markets.
- Own the candidate experience, ensuring timely communication and a seamless, inclusive, and branded journey from first touch to endorsement.
- Partner with recruiters, employer branding POCs, and internal and external stakeholders to meet volume hiring targets and deployment goals.
- Lead assigned talent attraction activities.
- Track, analyze, and report talent attraction performance, focusing on lead volume, conversion rates, and ROI. Creation of month-on-month reports.
What We're Looking For:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing or any related field.
- Experience: At least two (2) years of strong experience in sourcing and multiple channel management. Proven experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on sourcing and lead generation.
- Knowledge in both google and Microsoft applications.
- Knowledge in Canva and Meta Business Suite is a plus.
