Position Overview:
The Talent Acquisition Specialist will provide professional advice and staffing support to operations unit. The successful candidate will liaise with line management and internal Human Resource practitioners with respect to staffing solutions.

- Position Status: Permanent, Full-Time, On Site (Eastwood Cyber Park)
- Hours of Work: Mid-Shift with flexibility depending on business needs
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the complete recruitment lifecycle process, including screening, interviewing, and presenting offers of employment.
- Facilitate or coordinate language assessments and hiring manager interviews.
- Develop and maintain excellent relationships with hiring managers, HR practitioners and partners within the business units.
- Ability to handle multiple requisitions simultaneously (20-30+ Monthly Entry Level Roles)
- Educate, consult, and transfer knowledge of staffing processes to hiring managers.
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly hiring targets.
- Move candidates efficiently through the funnel while maintaining quality.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records.
- Mitigate hiring risks by ensuring adherence to due diligence (BGV and Pre Employment Checks).
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in recruitment, with a strong understanding of the full recruitment life cycle.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Must have experience handling a large number of hires per month, including sourcing and processing many candidates quickly.
- Must have experience following a systematic recruitment approach.
- Completion of post-secondary degree or diploma
- Strong behavioural interviewing and assessment sills.
- Strong knowledge of local Human Rights Legislation and Employment Equity Policies and Guidelines.
- Strong candidate management skills, including juggling competing priorities, acknowledging all applicants, ensuring the candidate experience is positive, and regularly communicating progress and next steps.
- Ability to manage multiple roles and candidates at once while meeting hiring targets.
