  • Job Summary : We are seeking a Systems Engineer with 1 to 5 years of experience to join our team in a hybrid work model. Candidate should have expertise in Chinese Mandarin and Cantonese languages. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Incident Management Service Desk and Service Now with a strong understanding of Windows systems. This role involves managing and resolving technical issues efficiently ensuring seamless IT operations and contributing to the overall success of our IT services.

  • Responsibilities :
  • Candidate with expertise on Chinese Mandarin and Cantonese languages
  • Manage and resolve incidents promptly to ensure minimal disruption to IT services.
  • Oversee the service desk operations providing high-quality support to end-users.
  • Utilize Service Now to track and manage incidents ensuring accurate documentation.
  • Collaborate with team members to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Provide technical support for Windows systems ensuring optimal performance.
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain system integrity.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of IT policies and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with company standards and industry best practices.
  • Coordinate with other IT teams to resolve complex technical issues.
  • Contribute to the development of training materials and conduct user training sessions.
  • Participate in regular team meetings to discuss ongoing projects and challenges.
  • Support the implementation of new technologies and system upgrades.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills. -Qualifications
  • Possess a strong understanding of Incident Management processes and tools.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in using Service Now for incident tracking and management.
  • Have experience in providing technical support for Windows systems.
  • Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Show ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment.
  • Display strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Hold a degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
