Role Summary
The Systems Engineer manages enterprise infrastructure including servers, virtualization platforms, cloud services, identity management, and backup systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage Windows Server infrastructure
- Administer Microsoft Azure and hybrid environments
- Manage Active Directory and Entra ID
- Maintain virtualization platforms (VMware / Hyper-V)
- Ensure patching compliance and system security
- Maintain backup and disaster recovery systems
- Troubleshoot infrastructure incidents escalated from Service Desk
- Implement infrastructure automation and optimization
Technical Skills
- Windows Server administration
- Microsoft Azure

Experience
- Minimum 5 years systems engineering experience
- Experience supporting BPO infrastructure environments
