Role Description

Locations: SM Sta. Rosa, SM Pampanga, SM North Edsa, SM MOA, SM Sucat, SM Southmall

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Store Supervisor. The Store Supervisor will oversee daily store operations, ensure excellent customer service, and manage a team to ensure efficient performance. Responsibilities include supervising staff, addressing and resolving customer inquiries, ensuring compliance with operational standards, monitoring inventory, and supporting general store activities. The role also involves fostering a positive work environment and driving team performance to achieve business goals.

Qualifications

• Proven Supervisory Skills to oversee staff, delegate tasks, and ensure operational efficiency
• Strong Interpersonal Skills to motivate and lead a team effectively
• Expertise in Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction to maintain high service quality levels
• Excellent Communication skills for engaging with customers, resolving concerns, and ensuring smooth teamwork
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple responsibilities effectively
• Previous experience in a similar supervisory role, preferably in food service or retail
• Bachelor's degree in any food related course.
