Role Description
This role's primary responsibility is to attract and secure tenants. This role is pivotal in driving the organization's sales and marketing strategies including brand reputation, enhancing client relations, and ensuring the department's success.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify potential customers and generate leads.
- Negotiate prices and terms, and close sales.
- Achieve sales targets and quotas.
- Answers inquiries from clients in a professional and efficient manner.
- Maintains excellent relationships with clients through superior customer service
- Tracks sales data and works to meet quotas or sales team goals
- Analyses trends, data, demographics, pricing strategies, and other information that can potentially improve marketing and sales performance.
Sales Activities
- Generate leads through various channels (e.g., cold calling, networking, online marketing).
- Follow up on leads and convert them into sales.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field or relevant certifications in Sales and Marketing is preferred.
- Experience in sales and marketing is an advantage but not required.
