We are looking for a Human Resources Business Partner !

About the Role

The HRBP is a strategic advisor and employee advocate who partners with leaders to ensure people strategies are in line with business goals.

They lead initiatives that drive engagement, retention, and well-being, while ensuring operational efficiency and supporting organizational change.

Acting as a strategic partner, administrative expert, and employee champion, the HRBP guides both employees and leaders in navigating workplace and employment-related matters.

Responsibilities

  • STRATEGIC PARTNERSHIP: Collaborates with leadership to align HR strategies with business goals.
  • EMPLOYEE ADVOCACY: Supports employee engagement, well-being, and retention through proactive initiatives.
  • OPERATIONAL EXCELLENCE: Ensures organizational efficiency by aligning people's processes with evolving business needs.
  • CHANGE LEADERSHIP: Drives progressive change and fosters a culture of continuous improvement.
  • TEAM LEADERSHIP: Guides and motivates employees to deliver commitments related to performance and set targets.
  • COACHING & DEVELOPMENT: Provides timely coaching and gives rational feedback that supports performance and career growth.
  • PERFORMANCE MONITORING: Tracks KPIs, analyzes results, and implements improvement strategies.
  • COLLABORATION: Fosters a harmonious and productive work environment both for employees and leadership that support long-term success.

Requirements

  • College graduate with specialization either in Industrial Relations, Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration or any management related courses.
  • Proven experience in people management of at least 2 to 3 years either in a supervisory or leadership role.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
  • Strong background and adequate knowledge on Philippine labor law.
  • Has shown good skills in handling and interacting with teams and the leaders.
  • Can comfortably communicate and handle work related issues.
  • Good analytical skills with a rational mindset and bearing.

  • LEADERSHIP & TEAM MANAGEMENT: Ability to foster a positive and engaging environment through motivation and guidance where sales goals are achieved. This includes the ability to track progress, provide feedback through clear communication channels, while promoting strong teamwork.
  • ANALYTICAL & PROBLEM-SOLVING SKILLS: Ability to investigate data, deconstruct it to solve the challenge at hand through critical and logical thinking supported by research and common practices. This too involves resourcefulness and quick mind process in resolving issues.
  • COMMUNICATION SKILLS: Ability to transfer and receive communication either in oral or written form. This involves clarity of thoughts and ideas as easily transferred and translated into understanding and delivery of expectations.
  • TIME MANAGEMENT: Ability to effectively handle multi-tasks and set priorities that result in the delivery of commitments and expectations. This involves a conscious effort to plan and execute planned activities in a timely manner.
  • TOOLS: Ability to navigate the Microsoft Office system, can do data extraction and reporting using Excel and other decision tools.
