Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Accountant located in Pasay. The Senior Accountant will be responsible for maintaining financial records, preparing financial reports, managing accounts payable and receivable, preparing budgets, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. Daily tasks include general ledger management, financial statement preparation, and providing financial analysis to support decision-making. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and ensuring timely reporting will also be key responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in financial accounting, general ledger management, and financial reporting
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
• Knowledge of compliance with financial regulations and accounting standards
• Familiarity with account reconciliation, accounts payable, and accounts receivable
• Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in accounting software and tools, including ERP systems
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA certification is a plus
