Job Description

The Position

Join us in delivering a seamless and efficient hiring experience.

We are looking for a proactive HR professional to support and strengthen Recruitment Administration, including vendor coordination, pre‑boarding facilitation, and hiring-related administrative activities. Working closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and external partners, you will support hiring operations across multiple countries, time zones, and entities.

Duties & Responsibilities:

What you'll do

  • Execute and run backend processes around Recruitment. Adheres to the data quality standards and delivers against defined SLAs
  • Accountable for the execution of all related hiring and onboarding processes, continuously striving for improvement:
    • Manage the end-to-end pre-boarding process including but not limited to pre-employment medical check, background verification process, collection and validation of pre-employment documents and preparation of candidate pre-boarding requirements
    • Maintenance of recruitment repositories and trackers
    • Establish and drive relationship with vendors and other partners
    • Prepare Recruitment reports for key stakeholders, if needed
  • Facilitate New Employee Orientation, focusing on pre-employment process and requirements
  • Liaise with the respective recruiters and HRBPs to ensure operational process excellence and work on process improvement projects

Requirements:

Our ideal candidate must have the following:

  • Academic degree in Human Resources, Psychology or equivalent
  • At least 3 years experience in managing recruitment onboarding processes in the Shared Services environment
  • Background in doing HR-related administrative tasks
  • Ability to work across business units /geographies
  • Strong business acumen with familiarity on different cultural nuances
  • Detail oriented and strong team-player
  • High English language proficiency, both written and verbal
  • Good presentation skills
