Job Title: Recruitment Specialist

Skills: Prior experience across end to end recruitment administration. Prior offshore or shared services delivery experience is an advantage. Familiarity with ATS, Learning related Finance workflows, and LMS platforms is preferred.

Experience: At least 2-years experience as a Recruitment Specialist

Location: Alabang, Muntinlupa City

We at Coforge are hiring an Recruitment Specialist with the following skillset:

- Create job advertisments using templates

- Advertise and publish roles across approved platforms

- Responsible for unpublishing of job ads, closing out candidates in system and closing the roles once recruitment is complete

- Review candidate CVs for role tag shortlisted

- Schedule phone screen times with Hiring Managers to speak with shortlisted candidates

- Schedule phone screens and interviews with candidates

- Coordinate interview availability with Hiring Managers

- Follow up with Hiring Managers for interview outcomes

- Ensure that interview feedback is recorded post interview. If required, follow up hiring managers to input recruitment feedback

- Obtain offer details in system from hiring manager

- Ensure offer is in line with salary bands and level

- Generate offer in system and tag new starter set up to review offer details and ensure accuracy

- Once approved by new starter set up, send offer to business approvers for relevant division

- Once approved by business, offer will then be sent to candidate

- Manage offer acceptance and confirm final candidate details post verbal offer

- Initiate background checks

- Move candidates to Hired status once requirements are met

- Close requisitions that are filled

- Ensure candidates are moved to final status (rejected, talent pooled, moved to other requisition etc)
