Job Description

The Opportunity

As a Hospital Accreditation and Regulatory Compliance Specialist at The Medical City, you will be at the heart of operational excellence, innovation, and transformation.

You will lead and strengthens TMC's quality, safety, and regulatory compliance initiatives. This role facilitates alignment with local laws, evidence-based practices, and international quality and safety standards, particularly Joint Commission International (JCI) accreditation standards.

What You'll Do

  • Partner with clinical and administrative leaders: Work closely with cross-functional teams to conduct internal quality assessments, identify compliance gaps, and uncover opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Strengthen compliance and accreditation readiness: Provide training, coaching, and guidance on accreditation standards, ensuring teams are equipped with practical strategies to achieve and sustain compliance.
  • Facilitate policy and process development: Lead the creation, review, and maintenance of policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with applicable laws, regulations, and accreditation standards.
  • Promote a culture of quality and accountability: Drive initiatives that foster continuous improvement, accountability, and a strong culture of learning across the organization.
  • Support sustained operational excellence: Ensure consistent adherence to standards by embedding best practices into daily operations and reinforcing accreditation readiness at all levels.

Who You Are

  • A graduate of Industrial Engineering, Nursing, or any health-related course.
  • Holds a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt; certification in quality/process improvement preferred.
  • Preferably has a Master's degree or post-graduate training in health, hospital management, epidemiology, or biostatistics.
  • Has 1+ years of experience in process improvement; 2–3 years in healthcare preferred.
