Job Description

  • Source and engage linguists (translators, interpreters, reviewers, and specialists) across multiple language pairs
  • Build and maintain pipelines for both high-volume and niche language requirements
  • Use sourcing tools, job boards, and platforms like LinkedIn to identify passive candidates
  • Conduct initial screening (experience, language proficiency, and fit)
  • Partner with recruiters, project managers, and stakeholders to understand hiring needs
  • Maintain accurate candidate records in ATS and databases
  • Develop creative sourcing strategies for rare or hard-to-fill roles
  • Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience

Minimum Qualifications

  • Experience in sourcing or recruitment (BPO, multilingual, or localization experience is a plus)
  • Familiarity with language-related roles (translation, interpretation, localization)
  • Comfortable using sourcing tools and Boolean search techniques
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple roles in a fast-paced environment

Nice to Have

  • Experience sourcing for rare or less common language pairs
  • Background in the localization or language services industry
  • Multilingual ability
