Job Description

The Sourcing Specialist plays a critical role in driving the recruitment process by identifying, engaging, and managing talent pipelines through innovative sourcing strategies. This position partners with all members of Talent Acquisition, ensuring a seamless candidate experience from application review to interview

scheduling.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage all digital touchpoints for candidate sourcing and engagement.
  • Conduct the initial review of all applied candidates to ensure alignment with job qualifications.
  • Screen resumes and assess qualifications to identify top candidates.
  • Notify candidates of incomplete applications and provide guidance to ensure completion.
  • Engage qualified candidates through personalized digital outreach to build rapport and gauge interest.
  • Schedule phone screens with onshore Corporate Recruiters, ensuring a smooth handoff and maintaining positive candidate experiences.
  • Develop and maintain strong pipelines of passive candidates for current and future hiring needs.
  • Use innovative and traditional sourcing methods to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
  • Align on inclusive recruiting strategies and ensure diversity in talent pipelines.
  • Partner with TA's Corporate Manager, Team Lead TA Operations, and Corporate Recruiters to understand job needs, priorities, and sourcing strategies.
  • Track and analyze applicant data to identify trends and improve sourcing efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Support the Team Lead, Talent Acquisition Operations with performance metrics and reporting to drive better sourcing outcomes.
  • Utilize iCIMS applicant tracking systems (ATS) and CRM tools to manage and document all candidate interactions and sourcing activities.
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to align sourcing efforts with broader

Requirements:

  • Process employment verification for travelers through third party vendors and/or calling facilities to
  • obtain dates of
  • Minimum of 2 years of sourcing or recruitment experience.
  • Proven success in digital sourcing methods, including LinkedIn and Boolean search techniques.
  • Experience building and maintaining diverse talent pipelines.
  • Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) or CRM tools for candidate management.
  • Ability to review resumes, assess qualifications, and screen candidates for alignment with job requirements.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to engage candidates digitally.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with a high degree of attention to detail, time management, and urgency.
  • Strong initiative, good judgment, and creativity in sourcing strategies.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and internet navigation tools.
  • A positive attitude and commitment to providing excellent candidate experience.
  • Must be willing to work in the office at Bridgetowne, Quezon City
  • Must be willing to work during US time zone
