About the Role

The US Talent Sourcing Specialist is a high-volume, execution-focused role responsible for building strong candidate pipelines for seasonal hiring across the US. This is a pure sourcing role focused on identifying, engaging, and generating qualified candidates to support recruiting teams in meeting hiring targets.

You will spend the majority of your time sourcing on platforms such as LinkedIn and Indeed, executing outreach campaigns, and managing candidate responses. The role requires speed, consistency, and the ability to balance volume with candidate quality in a fast-paced environment.

 

What you'll do

  • Source and engage tax professionals for seasonal, US-based roles
  • Execute high-volume outreach campaigns (e.g., up to 1,000 messages per day) to build and maintain strong candidate pipelines
  • Leverage sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and Boolean search techniques
  • Manage and organize candidate pipelines within ATS and CRM systems (e.g., iCIMS)
  • Partner closely with recruiters to meet hiring goals and pipeline targets
  • Manage multiple requisitions simultaneously while meeting deadlines and volume expectations
  • Respond to candidate inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Continuously refine sourcing strategies based on hiring needs and market conditions
  • Ensure candidate quality aligns with defined hiring requirements

 

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field preferred
  • At least 2-4 years of sourcing experience, ideally within a Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) or high-volume environment
  • Proven experience sourcing for US-based roles is strongly preferred
  • Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed Resume Search
  • Experience working with ATS or CRM platforms (iCIMS preferred)

Core Competencies

  • Ability to work effectively in a high-volume, metrics-driven environment
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to balance speed and quality
  • High level of adaptability to changing priorities and sourcing criteria
  • Strong written communication skills for candidate outreach
  • Comfortable working in a behind-the-scenes sourcing role

Preferred Background

  • Experience sourcing tax, accounting, or finance professionals
  • Exposure to seasonal or project-based hiring environments

What you will not do:

  • Own end-to-end recruitment or hiring processes
  • Conduct full-cycle recruiting activities such as screening and offer management
  • Spend significant time on candidate-facing interviews, as this role is focused on sourcing and outreach

Work Schedule:

  • First Month (Training Period): Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST (9:00 PM to 6:00 AM PHT)
  • Post-Training: This role will transition to a 4:00 PM to 1:00 AM PHT schedule, ensuring approximately three (3) hours of overlap with the US team.
