About the Role

This role involves designing and delivering creative and engaging social media strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day handling of all social media channels such as Facebook, LinkedIn, etc., adapting content to suit different channels and audiences.
  • Oversee, plan, and deliver content across different platforms
  • Create and/or coordinate original and engaging multimedia content across multiple social platforms.
  • Develop, launch, and manage new competitions and campaigns that promote the organization and brand.
  • Form key relationships with influencers across social media platforms.
  • Undertake audience research.
  • Manage and facilitate social media communities by responding to social media posts and developing discussions.
  • Monitor, track, analyse, and report on performance on social media platforms using tools such as Google Analytics and Facebook Audience Insights.
  • Identify consumer trends to help with planning social media campaigns.

Qualifications

  • 0-1 year of experience managing social media accounts for businesses
  • Strong content creation, copywriting, and storytelling skills
  • Proficient in major platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn)
  • Knowledge of social media analytics and reporting tools
  • Basic graphic design and video editing skills (e.g., Canva, CapCut)
  • Experience with content calendars and scheduling tools
  • Strong communication and community management skills
  • Ability to run paid ads and boost campaigns
  • Trend-aware, creative, and detail-oriented
  • Good time management and ability to meet deadlines
