This full-time role is based in our head office in Makati City.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Social Media Management: Oversee and manage social media accounts including Viber Community, X, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
- Content Creation: Develop and schedule engaging and relevant content (posts, videos, stories, polls, etc.) tailored to each platform's audience and guidelines.
- Community Engagement: Actively engage with followers and community members by responding to comments, answering inquiries, and fostering meaningful conversations.
- Campaign Execution: Assist in the planning and execution of social media campaigns, including product amplifications, collaborations, promotions, and giveaways.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track social media performance metrics (e.g., reach, engagement, click-through rates, and followers growth) and provide regular reports with insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Trend Spotting: Stay updated on the latest social media trends, platform updates, and competitor activities, and incorporate them into strategies where relevant.
- Cross-Platform Strategy: Collaborate with the broader marketing team to ensure cohesive messaging and branding across all social media platforms.
- Influencer Outreach: Assist in identifying and reaching out to influencers and partners for potential collaborations and partnerships.
- Video Management: Coordinate YouTube content production, including video uploads, optimization, and managing video comments and engagement.
- Brand Voice & Messaging: Ensure consistent brand voice and messaging across all social platforms, tailoring the approach to suit the tone and audience of each platform.Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in social media marketing
- Hands-on experience in content management
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in marketing
- Relevant work experience in e-commerce, social media marketing, business development, strategic partnerships, and affiliate marketing is an advantage
- Knowledge of online marketing channels
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Driven and results-oriented
- Experience with Google Analytics and Facebook Ads is a big plus
- Also open to fresh graduates with great energy and communication skills
