About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic, creative, and data-driven Social Media Manager to own and elevate our digital presence. In this role, you will develop and execute our social media strategy, manage daily content creation, and foster an active online community primarily across Meta and LinkedIn.

You will work closely with our Communications Manager, Graphic Designers, and Product Marketers to turn brand objectives into high-impact social campaigns. If you have a passion for storytelling, an eye for trend analysis, and a knack for paid social optimization, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Content Execution

  • Co-develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with overall brand goals.
  • Manage the end-to-end creation, curation, and scheduling of high-quality content (copy, images, videos, stories, reels, etc.) while maintaining strict adherence to brand guidelines.
  • Attend exciting industry events to capture live, engaging content.
  • Conduct annual competitor benchmarking and continuous trend analysis to keep our brand ahead of the curve.

Community & Collaboration

  • Actively monitor and engage with comments, messages, tags, and mentions promptly and professionally to build strong relationships with followers and influencers.
  • Coordinate with Graphic Designers, Product Marketers, and external agencies/partners to support product launches and campaigns.
  • Partner with internal teams to handle crisis communication and escalate customer concerns smoothly when necessary.

Paid Social & Analytics

  • Co-plan, manage, and optimize paid social media campaigns (including budgeting, precise targeting, and retargeting strategies).
  • Track key performance metrics (reach, engagement, sentiment, traffic, conversions) and deliver bi-monthly insight reports.
  • Continuously test and optimize content types, timing, and platform strategy based on data.

Qualifications

  • Proven Experience: A solid, demonstrable background across all core pillars of social media: Strategy & Planning, Content Creation, Community Management, and Paid Social.
  • Analytical Mindset: Proficient in tracking KPIs, using social analytics tools, and turning data into actionable content optimizations.
  • Collaborative Spirit: Excellent cross-functional communication skills with experience working alongside designers, marketers, and external partners.
  • Platform Expertise: Deep, up-to-date knowledge of Meta and LinkedIn algorithms, features, and best practices.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage content calendars and event coverage seamlessly.

Work Setup: 8 month project based, Hybrid (BGC), Mondays-Fridays, 8am-5pm
