This position is strictly open to Filipino applicants who are currently residing in the Philippines, preferably near Metro Manila.Although the role is primarily work-from-home, occasional visits to the office in Quezon City may be required when necessary.Please read this carefully before applying. Role Overview

The Social Media Manager is responsible for executing BuyNextDoors social media marketing strategy with a strong focus on driving buyer traffic, app conversions, and partner acquisition. This role directly supports revenue growth by promoting retail offerings inside the BuyNextDoor application while also generating qualified leads for Hub Partner onboarding.The ideal candidate understands how to turn social content into buyer inquiries, app installs, and partner sign-ups, and is comfortable managing multiple social media channels with a performance-driven mindset.

Core Focus Areas

  • Retail & Product Promotion Drive traffic, inquiries, and conversions within the BuyNextDoor app
  • Hub Partner Acquisition Generate awareness and leads for potential Hub Partners through targeted campaigns

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Retail & Product Marketing (App Traffic & Conversion)
  • Plan and execute social media campaigns that promote:
  • Retail offerings and featured products
  • Deals, promos, and new listings inside the BuyNextDoor app
  • Drive user actions from:
  • Social Media Buyer Inquiry App Usage / Conversion
  • Create content that highlights:
  • Product value and pricing
  • Ease of ordering via the BuyNextDoor app
  • Convenience and trust of the platform
  • Actively manage buyer-facing social media accounts to:
  • Respond to inquiries
  • Guide buyers toward app-based transactions
  • Increase conversion rates from social platforms
  • Monitor performance metrics related to:
  • Engagement
  • Buyer inquiries
  • App traffic and purchases originating from social media

B. Hub Partner Acquisition & Marketing

  • Develop and implement campaigns focused on:
  • Recruiting potential Hub Partners
  • Promoting Hub Partner opportunities and benefits
  • Create targeted content explaining:
  • What a Hub Partner is
  • How partners earn through BuyNextDoor
  • Success stories and real use cases
  • Handle inbound inquiries from:
  • Interested Hub Partners
  • Community sellers and micro-entrepreneurs
  • Qualify and endorse potential leads to the appropriate internal teams for onboarding
  • Assist in promoting hub postings, recruitment drives, and location-based partner campaigns

C. Content Strategy & Channel Management

  • Manage BuyNextDoors social media presence across platforms such as:
  • Facebook
  • Instagram
  • TikTok
  • Other relevant channels
  • Develop a content calendar aligned with:
  • Retail campaigns
  • Hub Partner acquisition goals
  • App updates and promotions
  • Ensure all content is:
  • Brand-consistent
  • Conversion-focused
  • Clear in call-to-action (download, inquire, sign up)

E. Performance Tracking & Optimization

  • Track and report on key metrics including:
  • Engagement and reach
  • Buyer inquiries generated
  • App traffic and installs
  • Hub Partner leads generated
  • Analyze content performance and continuously optimize:
  • Messaging
  • Formats
  • Posting schedules
  • Recommend improvements based on data insights to support growth objectives

F. Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Coordinate with:
  • Operations
  • Sales
  • Partner Management
  • Align social media marketing efforts with:
  • Retail sales targets
  • Partner acquisition initiatives
  • Platform growth priorities
  • Provide feedback from social media insights to help improve:
  • Marketing strategies
  • Partner campaigns
  • Buyer experience

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in social media marketing or digital marketing
  • Strong understanding of:
  • Conversion-driven content
  • Community management
  • Lead generation through social platforms
  • Experience in e-commerce, marketplaces, or app-based platforms is an advantage
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growth-stage environment
  • Data-oriented with the ability to translate insights into action
