Are you passionate about ServiceNow Platform Administration, ITSM, and Enterprise Platform Operations Join LTIMindtree and play a key role in maintaining, securing, and optimizing ServiceNow environments that support critical business operations. This role is ideal for professionals with hands-on experience in ServiceNow administration, platform governance, security, upgrades, release management, and operational support.

What You'll Be Doing

• Administer and support the ServiceNow platform across production and non-production environments.
• Manage users, roles, permissions, ACLs, and security controls.
• Configure forms, tables, notifications, UI policies, catalog items, and workflows.
• Execute platform upgrades, patching, cloning, and release management activities.
• Monitor platform performance, health, and integrations while supporting incident resolution and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with technical and business teams to ensure platform security, governance, and operational excellence.

What We're Looking For

• 4+ years of experience in ServiceNow Administration, Platform Operations, or Service Management.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with ServiceNow Administration, ITSM, CMDB, ACLs, platform governance, and release management.
• Hands-on knowledge of Flow Designer, MID Server, Service Catalog, Incident Management, and Change Management.
• Familiarity with JavaScript, integrations, and ServiceNow best practices.
