ServiceNow Platform Specialist

Job Summary

We are looking for a ServiceNow Platform Specialist with 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow administration and platform management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining platform stability, security, upgrades, user access management, incident resolution, and supporting development teams across production and non-production environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage ServiceNow platform administration, user roles, groups, ACLs, and security.
• Support incidents, troubleshoot platform issues, and provide end-user guidance.
• Perform platform upgrades, patching, cloning, and release management activities.
• Configure forms, workflows, UI policies, notifications, and catalog items.
• Monitor platform performance and implement instance health improvements.
• Support integrations, CMDB management, and automation using Flow Designer and scripting.
• Collaborate with architects, developers, stakeholders, and vendors.

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow Administration.
• Expertise in JavaScript, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies.
• Experience with REST/SOAP and MID Server.
• Knowledge of ITSM, CMDB, Event Management, Performance Analytics, and ATF.
• Experience in platform upgrades, monitoring, and troubleshooting.

• ServiceNow CSA
• ServiceNow CAD
• ServiceNow CIS-ITSM
• ITIL v3/v4 Foundation
• Now Assist (Preferred)
