Work Set-up: Hybrid (2x Work in Office, 3x Work from Home)

Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) Specialist to support and enhance HR digital workflows within the ServiceNow platform. The role will focus on HR case management, knowledge management, portal configuration, and integrations, ensuring seamless employee experience and operational efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD)
• 4–8+ years of experience in ServiceNow
• Minimum 2–3 years in HRSD / HR domain implementations
• Strong knowledge of: Case & Knowledge Management
• ServiceNow Administration & Configuration
• Portal development (widgets, UI, content automation)
• Experience in integrations using REST/SOAP services
• Familiarity with HR systems (e.g., Workday) is an added advantage
• Scripting knowledge (JavaScript) and workflow automation skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work independently with a high level of ownership and accountability

Preferred:

• ServiceNow certifications (HRSD / CSA / CAD)
• Experience in global delivery model (GCC / offshore support – Manila/India)
• Exposure to enterprise HR transformation or digital initiatives
