ServiceNow Developer

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Design, develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications

• Implement and enhance ITSM and/or CSM modules

• Develop workflows, business rules, UI policies, client scripts, and integrations

• Build and maintain Service Catalog items, flows, and automation

• Develop and maintain integrations using REST/SOAP APIs

• Support platform upgrades, patching, and performance optimization

• Troubleshoot issues and provide production support as needed

• Work closely with architects, business analysts, and stakeholders

• Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices and coding standards

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• Proven hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Developer at least 5+ years

• Strong experience in ITSM and/or CSM modules

• ServiceNow Certifications required (e.g., CSA, CIS-ITSM, CIS-CSM)

• Experience in scripting (JavaScript, Glide API)

• Knowledge of ServiceNow data model and platform architecture

• Experience in integration development (REST/SOAP APIs)

• Good communication and collaboration skills
