Position Description

As the ServiceNow Developer Lead, you'll be at the forefront of our organization, spearheading the design, development, and deployment of cutting-edge solutions on the ServiceNow platform. Working hand in hand with diverse teams and stakeholders, you'll delve into requirements, champion technical advancements, and guarantee the seamless delivery of IT service management (ITSM) solutions. This role calls for deep expertise in ServiceNow, an unwavering dedication to quality, and a relentless pursuit of streamlining business operations.

Your future duties and responsibilities

• Candidates should demonstrate extensive expertise in a variety of ServiceNow tools and a track record of successfully integrating them with related systems.

• Proficient in designing, maintaining, and optimizing HRSD applications on the ServiceNow platform.

• Able to perform scoping of new requirements.

• Skilled in configuring and managing HR criteria, document templates, and HR profiles.

• Experienced in defining and managing HR services, categories, HR service catalogs, catalog items, and lifecycle events.

• Capable of establishing integrations between ServiceNow and other existing systems including external ones.

• Provide 2nd/3rd level ServiceNow support, resolve incidents/enhancements/defects writing, debugging, and testing using a mix of JavaScript and server-side Java.

• Experienced in applying innovative and proven technological approaches to solve complex business challenges.

• Review and enhance designs for usability, meticulously scrutinize testing scenarios, and refine test cases to guarantee the quality of applications.

• Collaborate closely with users to review test results, ensuring they align seamlessly with expected outcomes.

• Proficient in contributing through technical assessments, written documentation, and expert insights.

• Collaborative mindset, actively participating in continuous improvement by sharing experiences and knowledge within the team.

• Develop templates tailored to meet unique agency requirements, including reports, dashboards, flows, and email notifications.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or any relevant field.

• Minimum 8 years of working experience in IT.

• Minimum 5 years working experience in ServiceNow.

• Hands on experience with ServiceNow platform, HRSD module.

• Hands on experience in integrating SNow with omnichannel platforms and other third-party tools via API.

• Experience in applying SNow best practices to enhance agent and customer experience.

• Strong problem analytical, problem-solving skills, and good communication skills.

• High analytical skills, independent but also structured work in a team.

• Must be amenable to working onsite 1-3 days a week in McKinley, Taguig, on a mid-shift schedule (with a possibility of reporting onsite at the client's office in Makati).

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator

• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer

• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist IT Service Management

• ServiceNow Micro-Certification Flow Designer (preferred)

• ServiceNow Micro-Certification Performance Analytics (preferred)

• ServiceNow Micro-Certification Application Development Process Creator (preferred)

• ServiceNow Micro-Certification Citizen Developer Application Creator (preferred)
