ABOUT THE JOB
- Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions, focusing on ITSM, HRSD, and CSM modules.
- Configure and customize ServiceNow applications, workflows, business rules, and UI policies.
- Integrate ServiceNow with other enterprise systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
- Maintain and enhance ServiceNow modules to meet evolving business requirements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within ServiceNow environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
- Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices and coding standards.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation related to ServiceNow configurations and customizations.
ABOUT YOU
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in with ServiceNow development.
- Experience with ITSM, HRSD, or CSM modules.
- Experience with JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting (Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Actions).
- Experience with ServiceNow integrations (REST/SOAP APIs).
- Experience with ServiceNow workflows and Flow Designer.
- Experience with ServiceNow Service Catalog and custom applications.
- Fluent English communication.
- You demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- You demonstrate strong communication and teamwork skills.
