Senior ServiceNow Developer

About the Role
We are looking for a Senior ServiceNow Developer —focused on modernizing operations and enabling scalable, AI-driven digital solutions.
You will design, develop, and integrate ServiceNow applications, working closely with stakeholders to deliver secure, efficient, and user-friendly systems.
Key Responsibilities
1. Development & Implementation
- Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow applications and modules
- Build workflows, scripts, forms, and business rules
- Integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems
- Troubleshoot issues and perform root cause analysis
- Participate in release planning and development cycles
- Conduct code reviews and ensure best practices
- Support deployments and production monitoring
2. Knowledge Management
- Prepare technical documentation (HLSD, SDD, SLTO, deployment plans)
- Ensure compliance with data protection and governance standards
3. Continuous Improvement
- Identify automation and optimization opportunities
- Align solutions with ITIL and industry standards
Requirements
Experience & Education
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow development
- Strong experience with AppEngine and integrations
Technical Skills
- ServiceNow application design and customization
- Advanced workflows, scripting, and integrations
- Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)
Soft Skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
