About the Role
The Solution Developer (ServiceNow) is responsible for developing, coordinating, and architecting all activities related to the development of ServiceNow, including integration with existing applications and third-party solutions. This includes identifying and troubleshooting any application issues, resolving or escalating them as needed. Additionally, She/he will assist in gathering requirements, building business cases, and estimating effort for enhancements of existing solutions. She/he will work closely with the Project Manager/ Team/Platform Lead and reports to designated senior International Staff and/or senior National Staff.
Requirement and Qualification
Education and Work Experience
· Over 5 years of hands-on experience in developing and implementing solutions on the ServiceNow platform, with a strong focus on AppEngine and integration protocols.
Technical Knowledge
· Proven experience in designing and implementing ServiceNow applications, enhancing user experience, and aligning solutions with business requirements.
· Skilled in building complex custom applications, including designing and implementing advanced workflows, forms, and integrations to address unique organizational needs.
· Solid understanding and application of Agile methodologies, including experience with Scrum or Kanban frameworks, ensuring efficient development cycles and continuous delivery.
Soft Skills
· Good analytical and problem-solving skills and advanced technical knowledge with the capacity to:
o Collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams to develop and deploy scalable solutions.
o Identify and propose innovative, practical solutions to complex technical challenges.
o Lead process improvement initiatives to optimize workflows and enhance platform performance.
o Share expertise and mentor team members to build technical capabilities across the development group.
· Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with stakeholders, translate business requirements into technical solutions, and present ideas and updates clearly.
· A proactive mindset for learning and keeping up with platform upgrades, best practices, and emerging ServiceNow capabilities to ensure solutions remain robust, secure, and future proof.
Work Arrangement
• Hybrid, requiring employees to report onsite three times a week. If the user unit requires contractors to report to HQ, compliance is mandatory.
• Work Schedule is from 8:00AM – 5:00PM Manila Time.
