About the Role
As a Business Transformation Specialist, you will lead enterprise-wide initiatives that directly influence how global businesses operate, scale, and innovate. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, process excellence, and digital enablement-driving measurable improvements in efficiency, experience, and financial outcomes. You will partner with senior stakeholders to design transformation roadmaps, unlock operational value, and deliver high-impact solutions. Qualifications
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Management Engineering, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or equivalent
- At least 5 years of experience in business process improvement, project management in digital enablement projects, and client management
- Experience in Lean Six Sigma, Agile, or similar methodologies
- Experience in leading large-scale process transformation initiatives
- Ability to manage client discussions and internal stakeholders effectively
- Strong skills in business case development and cost-benefit analysis
- Familiarity with automation, digital transformation, and enterprise process governance
- Familiarity with journey mapping, CX methodologies, and BPM tools
- Strategic thinking with a strong analytical mindset in structured environments
- Excellent presentation and stakeholder management skills
- High proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
Key Responsibilities
Process Management
- Lead discovery sessions to identify opportunities to improve efficiency, service quality, and technology user experience
- Recommend key outcomes linked to process improvement initiatives, cost savings, and digital solution implementation
- Ensure alignment of processes with business strategy, compliance, and operational efficiency
- Identify, assess, and resolve process inefficiencies to drive continuous improvement
Experience Strategy
- Create journey maps to define and describe friction points in the employee and client journey
- Propose recommendations to improve end-to-end experience
- Develop and implement change management strategies to ensure smooth adoption
Stakeholder Engagement & Facilitation
- Collaborate with department heads, executives, and cross-functional teams to gather insights and drive process improvement
- Facilitate workshops, process redesign sessions, and stakeholder discussions to optimize business workflows and build transformation roadmaps
- Provide expert guidance and recommendations on process improvement, experience management, AI, and digital enablement
Business Case and ROI Creation
- Conduct data collection and analysis to support transformation initiatives
- Develop business cases, including cost-benefit analysis, ROI analysis, and cost estimates
- Evaluate the financial viability of transformation initiatives
Technology Accelerator
- Serve as Subject Matter Expert for digital enablement
- Provide functional and technical expertise to guide innovation, solution development, stakeholder alignment, and pilot initiatives
Project Management
- Apply project management principles to run transformation initiatives
- Develop project plans from initiation through execution and completion
