As a Live Production Assistant, you will take charge of:
- Leading client communications as the primary point of contact while building long-term, trusted advisor relationships with key stakeholders and sponsors.
- Ensuring timely, budget-compliant delivery of all solutions while effectively managing inquiries and complex issue escalations.
- Preparing account status reports and updating stakeholders on the progress of monthly and quarterly strategic initiatives.
- Collaborating with the sales team to identify growth opportunities and consistently achieving agreed-upon KPIs and targets.
- Managing daily productivity and operational tasks, including mandatory night shifts and travel to livestream studios as scheduled.
- Taking ownership of ad-hoc tasks and additional duties assigned by management to drive company growth and client satisfaction.
What we are looking for - the ideal profile
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, Sales, or a related field.
- Open to fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of experience in account management or social commerce.
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills in both English and Filipino.
- Ability to produce engaging short-form videos and high-quality copy/proofreading for social commerce.
- Deep understanding of the social media ecosystem, including trends, music usage, and platform guidelines.
- Proven ability to juggle multiple accounts simultaneously while maintaining sharp attention to detail.
- Proactive, honest, and service-centric with a can-do attitude and a strong commitment to delivering KPIs.
