Office: Makati (Hybrid)

Work days: Mon to Fri (DayShift)

Role: Open for Mid to Sr.Manager role (25 slots)

Required Skills and Experience

2 to 5 ++ years of experience in ServiceNow

Proven experience with at least two of the following modules: IRM, TPRM, BCM, SPM.

Ability to design and implement workflows, forms, and dashboards in ServiceNow.

Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

ServiceNow certifications (e.g., CIS-GRC, CIS-SPM) are highly desirable

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and translate requirements into functional specifications for IRM, TPRM, BCM, and SPM modules.

Configure and customise ServiceNow applications to meet business needs, leveraging pre-built accelerators where applicable.

Facilitate workshops, demos, and training sessions for end-users and stakeholders.

Work closely with technical teams to ensure seamless integration with procurement, contract, and risk workflows.
