Role summary
Experienced ServiceNow professional responsible for implementing, developing and integrating complex ServiceNow solutions, with strong scripting, integration and platform-administration skills.
Required (Must have)
- Implementation/development experience on ServiceNow with delivery of complex integrations
- Hands-on ServiceNow scripting experience: Business Rules, Script Includes, Fix Scripts, Workflows, UI Actions, UI Policies, Client Scripts, Email Inbound
- Strong experience with Document Management and HR Service Delivery (HRSD)
- Proven experience with REST and SOAP integrations, including scripted REST and SOAP API creation
- Knowledge of authentication mechanisms: OAuth 2.0, certificates, and MID Server usage
- Implemented ServiceNow projects in domain-separated instances
- MID Server installation and management experience
- Custom application development on ServiceNow platform
- LDAP / Active Directory / SSO implementation experience
- Orchestration use-case implementation experience
Preferred (Good to have)
- Knowledge of Flow Designer and Integration Hub
- Experience working across multiple ServiceNow modules
- Experience designing and modifying complex integrations
- Ability to review existing setups and provide best-practice recommendations
- Strong familiarity with ServiceNow best practices and ongoing awareness of latest platform features
Experience & certifications
- 4+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience (required)
- 8+ years of total experience in the IT industry (required)
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (required)
- Certified Application Developer (preferred)
- ITIL Foundation certification (preferred)
Education
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
