We are offering a hybrid work arrangement! The company will also be providing the PC and equipment needed. Although during your first month (or until the HLM approves of the transition), you will be reporting on-site to complete company and/or client-required trainings. With this, the following requirements will be required prior the on-boarding:
- Minimum of 25mbps internet speed (actual bandwidth via speed test) *higher than 25mbps would be required if there will be other people in the household who would be either working from home or heavily using the internet during your shift
- Dedicated space or room with good ventilation for the PC set-up.
- Table that can fit two 24 monitors and a chair, ideally positioned close to the outlet and internet modem
- Work from home location is within NCR.
General Objective:
Support the design, implementation, and optimization of ServiceNow solutions tailored to Operations needs. This role will play a key part in the transition from a legacy platform to ServiceNow, with a strong focus on Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) and Customer Service Management (CSM) modules.
Work closely with onshore stakeholders to build effective, scalable solutions, and continuously improve system performance aligned with operational requirements.
What are some of the responsibilities
- Platform Development & Implementation
- Support the design and development of ServiceNow SPM and CSM modules aligned with Operations requirements
- Participate in the migration from legacy systems to ServiceNow, ensuring smooth transition and minimal disruption
- Configure and customize workflows, forms, and integrations to meet business needs
- Implement configurations and automations using Workflow Studio, UI Builder, Catalog Builder, System Notifications, Advanced Work Assignment, Platform Analytics/Visualization, and Portal and Widget Configurations.
- Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement
- Work closely with onshore leadership and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into system solutions
- Collaborate proactively to ensure alignment between technical design and operational objectives
- Provide recommendations on best practices for ServiceNow setup and optimization
- System Optimization & Issue Resolution
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues within the current ServiceNow environment
- Proactively assess system performance and suggest improvements or enhancements
- Ensure system stability, scalability, and efficiency
- Continuous Improvement & Best Practices
- Apply ServiceNow best practices and standards in all configurations and developments
- Recommend process improvements to better support Operations workflows
- Stay updated on new ServiceNow features and capabilities, particularly within CSM and SPM
- Additional Responsibilities
- Assist in testing, validation, and deployment of new features and enhancements
- Support documentation of system configurations, workflows, and processes
- Coordinate closely with cross-functional teams including IT, Operations, and business users
- Provide technical insights during planning and decision-making discussions
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and proper system governance
- Support user adoption through guidance, documentation, or basic training when needed
What are the ideal requirements
- 5+ years experience as a ServiceNow Developer (configuration + scripting)
- Strong hands-on experience with CSM (Customer Service Management) and SPM (Strategic Portfolio Management) modules
- Experience in platform migrations, particularly from legacy systems to ServiceNow
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, workflows, and integrations
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively
- Knowledge of ITSM processes (in addition to CSM and SPM)
- Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies
- Experience with APIs, integrations, and automation
- Experience supporting platform upgrades, enhancements, and operational support
- Ability to write clear technical documentation (design notes, runbooks, deployment steps).
- ServiceNow certifications will be an advantage (e.g. CSA, CAD)
- Background in US healthcare is an advantage
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, especially in working with remote/onshore teams
- Experience supporting Operations-driven use cases within ServiceNow
- Willingness to work on 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM shift, including flexibility for alternate schedules to support client-required conference calls, web conferences, and meetings
