Job Description

Required Skills & Qualifications

Hands-on experience with ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD)
Strong knowledge of:
Case & Knowledge Management
ServiceNow Administration & Configuration
Portal development (widgets, UI, content automation)
Experience in integrations using REST/SOAP services
Familiarity with HR systems (e.g., Workday) is an added advantage
Scripting knowledge (JavaScript) and workflow automation skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work independently with a high level of ownership and accountability

Preferred Qualifications

ServiceNow certifications (HRSD / CSA / CAD)
Experience in global delivery model (GCC / offshore support – Manila/India)
Exposure to enterprise HR transformation or digital initiatives

Experience

4–8+ years of experience in ServiceNow
Minimum 2–3 years in HRSD / HR domain implementations
