We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer/Consultant to join our team in Southeast Asia. The ideal candidate will have 2-9 years of experience in developing and implementing ServiceNow solutions, ensuring that they meet the needs of the business while adhering to best practices.
Location : Metro Manila
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions based on business requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements to provide efficient solutions.
- Customize ServiceNow applications and facilitate rollouts across various departments.
- Create and maintain documentation related to ServiceNow configuration and workflows.
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance of ServiceNow applications, ensuring system performance and reliability.
- Develop reports and dashboards to provide insights and improve decision-making processes.
- Ensure compliance with ITIL best practices in ServiceNow implementation.
Skills and Qualifications
- 2-9 years of experience in ServiceNow development and administration.
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow modules including Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Catalog.
- Experience with ServiceNow scripting (Client scripts, Business Rules, Script Includes, etc.).
- Familiarity with ServiceNow integration capabilities (REST/SOAP APIs).
- Understanding of ITIL processes and best practices.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve ServiceNow issues effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively in a team environment.
